EXPECTANTE

Mexican company founded in 2015 by Areli Moran, focuses in the creations by Areli Moran and collaborations, as well production and management of workshops and performances tours of other national and international artist.

The creations since its foundation include La version de nadie, El el del Ello, and (ain)farbig creatios by Areli Moran and the collaborations include Unfolded lights with Mexican musician Rodrigo Zarate; Lxs Chicxs with musician/performer Manuel Estrella; A menos que quieras bailar with Canadians Rianne Svelnis and Kelly McInnes and dance film La version de nadie in collaboration with filmmaker German Orona.
In the management side Expectante have organizing tours for toula limnaios (Berlin), Tentacle Tribe (Montreal), Daina Ashbee (Montreal), among other artist from Colombia, Berlin, Venezuela and Mexico, and is part of the curating team of Festival Espontaneo Puerto Vallarta.

Expectante have her own studio space in Monterrey, Mexico ESPACIO Expectante. The works have had residencies and presentations in Cressida Danza, Merida México for the creation and presentation of Lxs Chicxs; Plataforma 322, Puerto Vallara, for the presentation of Expectante interdisciplinary performance and hosting diverse workshops, Lake Studios Berlin for the research of (ain)fabrig and for the creation of Unfolded lights witch residency was sponsored by Isadora software and presented at Troikatronix festival in 2017; HopBopShop in Vancouver Canadá for the creation process of A menos que quieras bailar, project that will be host for residency and presentations at KW studios in Vancouver as well.
